Terms & Conditions of Rentals, Gulls Way , Falmouth, Cornwall

Payment

- A 25% non refundable deposit is payable on booking
- The balance is due 8 weeks before your stay
- If your booking less than 8 weeks in advance, Full payment is required at time of booking
- Payment can be made via Paypal or via our online booking system
- A refundable damages/breakage deposit of £50 will be added to your final payment, this deposit will be refunded to you 21 days after the holiday as long as you or your party has not caused any damage or loss and the accommodation has been left clean and tidy.

Terms

- Smoking is not permitted inside but is ok on the balcony.
- The parking permit card allows you access to the secure parking space, if lost the parking card will be £40 to replace,
So please be careful not to lose it or you will be charged for a replacement.
- Your accommodation is cleaned before your arrival and as a limited amount of time is available to clean between holidays, please leave it and its contents clean and tidy.
- Your accommodation will be ready for you from 3p.m. onwards on your start date. Please do not arrive any earlier. Please make sure that you leave by 10a.m on the day of departure.
- Only those persons named are entitled to stay in the accommodation.
